Album Release at Apogee Studio
Nov 13th, 2018 – Santa Monica, CA – Apogee studio hosted artist and entrepreneur Laura Escude for her Transmute album release party. The evening which included a jam session, sponsor demos, and an intimate live album performance from Laura, was attended by artists, music technology experts, wellness ambassadors, and people immersed in the Los Angeles music scene.
Laura is also the founder and CEO of live show design company Electronic Creatives who produce #TRANSMUTEINTERACTIVE events to incubate, inspire and showcase creativity, innovation, and positivity in the music community.
In addition to designing and programming live shows for major artists such as Kanye West, Drake, Jay-Z, Childish Gambino and Ariana Grande, Laura is also credited with being the world’s first certified Ableton expert and trainer and regularly leads online courses mentoring artists though her Transmute sessions.
Live demo stations were provided by Teenage Engineering, Roli, Novation and Apogee.
“My plans are to do more performing and speaking engagements, and to help inspire women to get into live performance and technology,” says Laura. “And to help all different kinds of people with their careers and to help them to be able to express themselves through live performance.”
Guest artists who participated in the live jam included Henry Strange, DiViNCi, Rasmus Kjaerbo, Mike Gao and others.
