WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
Due to the rising cost of shipping and processing we are no longer able to offer free shipping options. Flat shipping rate costs are indicated at checkout. Please note, orders received after 11AM PST will be considered next day.
WHERE DOES THE WEBSTORE SHIP?
The Apogee Webstore ships to addresses in the Continental US only. If you are outside the United States, please find a local reseller or Distributor here.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours (except weekends and holidays) If you place an order on the weekend, expect it to ship the next business day. Please note: some orders may take additional screening to clear.
CAN I ORDER ONLINE AND PICK UP MY ORDER IN SANTA MONICA, CA?
Yes, to do this simply select a new “Ship To” address at checkout, fill in 1715 Berkeley St. Santa Monica, CA 90404. Once this is complete, you will see a “Will Call” selection in the shipping options. Select the will call option and complete your order. Please allow at least 2 hours after placing your order until it’ll be ready for pickup. Please call our office if you have any further questions.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once an order is shipped, you’ll receive an Email notification with Tracking information attached.
WHAT’S APOGEE’S RETURN POLICY?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 Days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. If shipping was charged to the initial order it will be refunded, however, return shipping will not be compensated.
Only items that have been purchased directly from the Apogee Web Store can be returned to Apogee. Apogee products purchased through other resellers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
Please ensure the item is returned in its original shipping box with original packaging, all cables, adapters, and accessories that were included when you received it.

- All free software promotions are to be considered Limited Time only.
- We reserve the right to change or end free software promotions at any time without notice.
- Once a free software promotion is over it cannot be adjusted retroactively. Be sure to contact us within the promotion period. No exceptions can be made.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?
Apogee strives to process refunds as fast as possible. Once we’ve received the product (s) your returning, we will refund your original form of payment. This typically takes up to 10 business days to settle with your bank. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
WARRANTY INFORMATION:
APOGEE ELECTRONICS CORPORATION warrants this product to be free of defects in material and manufacture under normal use for a period of 12 months. The term of this warranty begins on the date of sale (proof of purchase in the form of email confirmation is required). Units returned for warranty repair to Apogee will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s option, free of charge. All units returned to Apogee must be prepaid, insured and properly packaged, preferably in their original box.

Apogee Submission Policy
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Only items that have been
purchased directly from Apogee can be returned to Apogee. Apogee products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy. Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters, and documentation that were included when you received it. You can return software, provided that it has not been installed on any computer. Software that contains a printed software license may not be returned if the seal or sticker on the software media packaging is broken.
