How does Apogee ProCare work?
You own a Symphony I/O system and have a technical question. Login to Apogee ProCare Live Chat, provide the operator with your registration or contract number and your session begins.
Our tech support staff will work through diagnostics to address any problem or if needed confirm a Apogee hardware issue and ship you an advanced replacement via Fed Ex – “Two Business Day” Service – free of charge including a FedEx or UPS pre-labeled shipper and packaging to return your failed unit.*

The contract is fully transferable by the original registered owner of the agreement. All Apogee support technicians reside and are continuously trained at Apogee Electronics, Santa Monica, CA.
