On June 10th, 2014, Apogee Electronics was pleased to host “Bob Clearmountain and Chris Lord-Alge: Deconstructed” – a Q&A with the two legendary mix engineers, presented in partnership with Vintage King Audio and Mix Magazine. Presenting to a packed house at Apogee Studio in Santa Monica, CA, the two engineers discussed how they got their starts, the influence of technology on the industry and their own work, and advice for aspiring audio engineers. The conversation was moderated by Mix Magazine editor Tom Kenny, who also fielded questions from the audience.
